Stagnhare Markets welcomes applications from all vendors of handcrafted & up-cycled goods, local artisans and small locally owned boutiques that sell Canadian Made goods.

Please fill in the below application for vendor submission. Please NOTE; due to the high volume of applications and an effort to keep response time quick we are unable to respond to each application personally. Applications that are not accepted can be for a variety of reasons, full categories, not a majority vote from our Jury, or too similar to others in an open category. We hope that you can be understanding as we do our best to provide a well rounded, exciting and changing market every year.

Terms & Conditions - Please Read Carefully:

Cancellations: Cancellations made anytime prior to 2 weeks before the market date will receive their full booth fee refunded. A 50% refund will be given for up to one week prior and NO refunds issued for cancellations made with less then one week of the market date. 
Important: We do not take any Network Marketing Companies, only artisans and small independantly owned boutiques. 
Insurance: Stagnhare Market is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged goods or personal belongings. In addition, Stagnhare Market is not responsible for injury/illness resulting from your booth set up or product lines. You are encouraged to purchase your own liability insurance as you will not be covered by the venue or Stagnhare Market.

Power: If you require power please note this in your application, upon approval you will also be asked to fill out an electrical form.
Display: Alternate displays are allowed ie shelving, clothes racks, floor display but they must fit within your allotted space. You may not move your booth, encroach on fellow vendors, or block any exits in accordance with fire laws. 
End of Day: You are not permitted to pack up early, if you do so without permission you will not be invited to future events.
At close of market we ask that you make sure you leave your booth clean and free of garbage, and that your tables are collapsed and chairs stacked.
